How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply click on “Sign Up” on the homepage and provide the necessary details. You’ll need to verify your email and, for security purposes, complete our ID verification process before renting or listing a vehicle.


How do I list my car as a host?

1. Log into your account.

2. Click on “List Your Car.”

3. Fill in the details of your car, including photos, description, and availability.

4. Set your pricing and terms (e.g.,mileage limits, fuel policy).

5. Once approved, your car will be available for renters to book!


How do I rent a car?

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Search for available cars by location, date, and type.

3. Select the car you’d like to rent and click “Book Now.”

4. Provide your payment details and confirm your booking.

5. You’ll receive all the rental details, including pick-up instructions, once your booking is confirmed.


Rental Policies


What happens if I need to cancel my booking? Please check your rental agreement for specific cancellation policies.


Are pets allowed in the cars?

Pets are allowed only if explicitly stated in the car’s listing. Please check the host’s preferences before booking. If pets are allowed, make sure to follow the car owner’s cleanliness guidelines.


Can I drive outside of my rental area?

Driving outside of the agreed rental area may be subject to additional fees. Please check the vehicle’s listing for geographic restrictions and ask the host if you need more information.


Trust & Safety


Does Eva Spin provide insurance?

No, Eva Spin does not provide insurance coverage. Renters and hosts are responsible for securing their own insurance. We encourage both parties to confirm their insurance arrangements before finalizing the rental.


What should I do if the car is damaged?

If there is damage to the vehicle during your rental period, you should report it immediately to both the host and Eva Spin. Any damage claims or disputes will need to be resolved directly between the renter and host. Eva Spin is not responsible for damage resolution.


How do I verify my identity?

Identity verification is required for both renters and hosts to ensure a safe experience. You’ll need to upload a government-issued ID and, in some cases, a photo of yourself. The verification process may take a few minutes to complete.


Payments & Fees


How do I make payments?

Payments for rentals are processed securely through our platform. Once you book a car, the total cost will be charged to your payment method. The host will receive their payment once the rental is completed, minus any applicable service fees.


Are there additional fees?

Additional fees may apply, such as late return fees, cleaning fees, or excess mileage charges. These fees will be outlined in your rental agreement and are typically paid directly to the host.


How are security deposits handled?

Security deposits are between the renter and the host. Deposits are charged at the time of booking and refunded at the end of the rental, provided the car is returned in the same condition and without damages.

If you encounter any technical issues, please try refreshing the page or reinstalling the app. If the problem persists, contact our customer support team for assistance.


How do I update my account details?

To update your account details, go to your account settings and select the information you’d like to change (e.g., email, phone number, payment method). Any changes to your ID verification must be submitted to our support team for review.
