Eva Spin does not provide insurance for vehicles booked through our platform. Vehicle owners and those booking vehicles are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage. Any claims, damages, accidents, injuries, or liabilities that occur during a booking are the responsibility of the involved parties. Eva Spin is not liable for any accidents, injuries, fatalities, or property damage arising from transactions on our platform.

3. Damage & Deposits

In the event of vehicle damage, the individuals involved must handle the resolution directly, including addressing deposits or damage claims. 4. Payments & Deposits

All financial transactions, including fees, insurance costs, and deposits, are handled directly between the vehicle owner and the individual booking the car. While Eva Spin facilitates payment processing, we are not responsible for any disputes related to payments.
